Normal University was led to victory by  Alek Weiland, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Saturday. Weiland rushed for 124 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, and also threw for 207 yards and two touchdowns on only 18 passes, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf  during one magnificent 72-yard run.
 Normal University's road trip will continue as they head out to face Cahokia at 2:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Weiland will face off against  Zion Taylor, the Comanches' star signal caller. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
