It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but West Stanly had no problem doing just that  on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  2-1  win over the Randleman Tigers. Winning may never get old, but the Colts sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.
West Stanly's victory was  their seventh straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 22-6. The  road  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 7.6 runs over those games. As for Randleman, their defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 20-6.
As of now, neither West Stanly nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
