Jefferson has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last seven times he's played.
Meanwhile, HomeSchool Resource Center waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins but they left with three. Everything went their way against Westlake Christian Academy as HomeSchool Resource Center made off with a 55-33 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win HomeSchool Resource Center has posted since December 29, 2023.
Mason O'Neal was his usual excellent self, scoring 25 points along with five rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Fredrick Jefferson, who scored nine points along with five steals.
Parkview Christian Academy has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost 11 of their last 14 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for HomeSchool Resource Center, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 12-14 record this season.
Tuesday's game will pit two of the most dominant players against one another: Jefferson and Jefferson. Jefferson has been dynamite this season: he has averaged 7.1 points and 10.9 rebounds. For his part, Jefferson has averaged 16.5 points, 3.6 steals, and 1.3 blocks.
This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Parkview Christian Academy have been smashing the glass this season, having only averaged 36.6 rebounds per game. However, it's not like HomeSchool Resource Center struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 31 rebounds per game.
