The Kennedy Crusaders will head out on the road to challenge the Hancock Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hancock took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Kennedy, who comes in off a win.
Last Wednesday, Kennedy humbled the Hawks with a 45-10 victory. The victory was just what Kennedy needed coming off of a 65-25 loss in their prior matchup.
Hancock has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a serious blow against Kelly on Tuesday, falling 53-12. Hancock has struggled against the Trojans recently, as their game on Tuesday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Kennedy's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-9. As for Hancock, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-4.
Kennedy strolled past the Eagles in their previous matchup back in March of 2021 by a score of 38-22. The rematch might be a little tougher for Kennedy since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
