Softball Recap: Saturday's Win Is Garber's Third in Last Four Outings

Garber barely beat Gladwin the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Dukes never let the Flying G's get on the board and left with a 13-0 win on Saturday. The Dukes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by seven runs or more this season.

Garber has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-12 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Gladwin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Garber will welcome Pinconning at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Gladwin, they will face off against St. Louis at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
