After losing to the Chatham HomeSchool Thunder the last time they met, the South Guilford HomeSchool Cougars decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. South Guilford HomeSchool walked away with a 57-46 win over Chatham HomeSchool on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back wins for South Guilford HomeSchool.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead South Guilford HomeSchool to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kourtney Bullins, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. Kailey Bullins was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds.
South Guilford HomeSchool has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 25-7 record this season. As for Chatham HomeSchool, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-8.
South Guilford HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chatham HomeSchool, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Carolina M at 6:00 p.m. on February 9th. Hopefully Carolina M focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up nine last Tuesday.
