Forest Park's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They blew past the Philip Simmons Iron Horses 9-2. The result was nothing new for the Bruins, who have now won four games by six runs or more so far this season.

Forest Park pushed their record up to 5-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Philip Simmons, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-11.
