The Webster Tigers will be playing at home against the Unity Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Even though Frederic scored an imposing 56 points on Friday, Webster still came out on top. Webster snuck past Frederic with a 61-56 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Webster.
Ian Mcfaggen was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 23 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Webster's points. Ronald Hatch was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 3 steals.
Meanwhile, Unity put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They managed a 48-42 victory over Spring Valley. Given Unity's advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked fourth, while Spring Valley is ranked 97th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Webster's victory bumped their season record to 2-0 while Frederic's defeat dropped theirs to 0-4.
Webster might still be hurting after the 86-64 loss they got from Unity in their previous matchup back in February. Will Webster have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
