Childers Posts Huge Game in 35-14 Victory
Starting off the list is Boaz's Tristan Childers, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Childers rushed for 142 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 73-yard run.
Unfortunately for Sardis, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Childers. Childers rushed for 175 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.6 yards per carry the last time he and the Lions duked it out back in October of 2023.

Jakai Hudgins Makes It Three for Boaz
Another Boaz player making an appearance on this list is Jakai Hudgins. He picked up 130 receiving yards and a touchdown. He got the majority of those receiving yards when he pulled down a pass and took off for a gain of 74 yards.
This season, Hudgins has caught 7 touchdowns while averaging 74.7 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after six games last season, he had one receiving touchdown.

While Kenyon Watkins delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Douglas. Despite the defeat, Watkins was still balling out as he rushed for 95 yards.
