Dieterich took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Ramsey Rams. The Movin Maroons haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Dieterich had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-22, 25-16.

Looking ahead, Dieterich will be playing at home against Cisne at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ramsey, they are taking a road trip to square off against Mulberry Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
