Central Falls extended their losing streak  to four  on Wednesday, dropping their season record down to 5-14 in the process. They came up short against  the Classical Purple, falling  14-7.  Mabel Guzman put in work while hitting and pitching. She  tossed 2.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than one  hit in nine consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  going 2-for-4 with two  stolen bases and one  run.
 In other batting news,  LC Collins was cooking despite her team's loss,   going 2-for-4 with five  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Ja'Nayiah Levy, who  went 2-for-4 with two  triples, two  RBI,  and one  run.
As for Classical,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 11-4. Considering they have won 11 games by more than six  runs this season, Wednesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 On Classical's side,  Vivian Hoffman was  incredible,  getting three  hits. The dominant performance also gave  Hoffman a new career-high in  RBI (three).  Amya Manston was another key player,  getting two  hits.
 Central Falls does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Classical, they will square off against Narragansett at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Mariners will roll in looking for their  eighth straight  victory, something the Purple surely won't give up without a fight.
