Roy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Bronson Belnap out in front who scored 22 points along with six steals and five assists. Those 22 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Colby Frokjer, who scored 21 points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
Ben Lomond has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season. As for Roy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-4.
Ben Lomond will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against West at 7:00 p.m. on December 28th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Utah (West is ranked 109th, while Ben Lomond is ranked 95th). As for Roy, they will play host again and welcome Weber, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on December 29th.
