Harbor Creek's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. Everything went their way against Erie as they made off with a 10-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Huskies in their matchups with the Royals: they've now won three in a row.

Harbor Creek got a massive performance out of Kayla Bresee, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Those three hits gave Bresee a new career-high. Brooklynn Cipalla was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one home run and three RBI.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Harbor Creek kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are a perfect 8-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Neshannock got the win against Armstrong on Thursday by a conclusive 9-3.
Addy Frye made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out 17 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off eight hits (and only one walk). She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in ten consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, firing off two home runs and one double while going 3-for-3.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Gabby Quinn, who fired off two home runs and three RBI while going 4-for-4. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more RBI the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Payton Newman, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two runs.
Harbor Creek's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Neshannock, their victory bumped their record up to 16-0.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Friday. Harbor Creek hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.6 home runs per game. However, it's not like Neshannock struggles in that department as they've been averaging 1 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
