The Tekoa-Rosalia Timberwolves will be playing in front of their home fans against the Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Even though Columbia scored an imposing 60 points on Saturday, Tekoa-Rosalia still came out on top. Tekoa-Rosalia walked away with a 72-60 victory over Columbia. The win was just what Tekoa-Rosalia needed coming off of a 92-61 loss in their prior contest.
Isaac Bone was on fire: he scored 34 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Tekoa-Rosalia's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Vanden Allen, who scored 18 points.
Meanwhile, Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. They blew past Selkirk 49-22 at home.
Among those leading the charge was Daniel Clute, who scored 18 points along with 7 rebounds.
The losses dropped Tekoa-Rosalia to 2-1 and Columbia to 0-3.
