Several Titans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kyson Gana, who picked up 224 receiving yards and four scores. Nathan Axmann continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Waverly, rushing for 211 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.5 yards per carry, and also picking up 140 receiving yards and one TD. That's the most rushing yards Axmann has posted since back in August. Brockston Teply was another key player, throwing for 374 yards and three TDs while picking up 13.9 yards per attempt.
Having lost for the first time this season, Norris fell to 7-1. As for Waverly, the win keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.
