Make it five blowout wins for the Khan Lab Condors this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat Granada Islamic School 64-23 at home. While fans of Khan Lab might be used to big wins, the 41-point margin marked the team's biggest victory yet this season.
Leading Khan Lab to victory were Haaris Chema and Charlie Kunz. Chema dropped a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds, while Kunz scored 15 points along with five rebounds. It was the first time this season that Chema pulled down eight or more rebounds. Another player making a difference was Matthias Fallon, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds.
Khan Lab has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Granada Islamic School, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Khan Lab will head out on the road to challenge the Lions at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Granada Islamic School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
