In what's become a running theme this season, the Frostproof Bulldogs gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They really took it to Hardee for the full four quarters, racking up a 82-43 victory at home. The win was nothing new for Frostproof as they're now sitting on four straight.
Sevastian Rosado was his usual excellent self, scoring 36 points along with eight assists and eight rebounds. That makes it six consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Frostproof's points. Daiveon Pittman was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
Frostproof's win bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Hardee, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Frostproof won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Lakeland Christian at 8:00 p.m. on January 19th. Lakeland Christian is on a three-game streak of home wins, Frostproof a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court.
