With a playoff game on the line, the West Catholic Burrs rose to the challenge on Saturday. They blew past Bristol, posting a 48-0 win on the road. The victory was some much needed relief for West Catholic as it spelled an end to their ten-game losing streak dating back to last season.
West Catholic's win bumped their record up to 1-10. As for Bristol, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.
West Catholic will be playing at home against Camp Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Camp Hill is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. Bristol will have plenty of time to ponder what went wrong as they've got a bye scheduled next week. After, they'll take on Morrisville at 10:30 a.m. on November 23rd. That game will pit two of the most dominant backs against one another: Raymond Holman and Kendell Cottrell.
