Interlachen found their leader in underclassman Kemontae Nixon, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 17 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Nixon has scored all season. Raszir Phelps was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with two steals.
Florida School for the Deaf & Blind's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Interlachen, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-9 record this season.
