Palmdale extended the longest winning streak in Golden this week by beating Littlerock, 48-0. The victory was the seventh in a row for the Falcons.
Palmdale took down the Lobos 48-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Jalen Singleton threw for 221 yards and 2 touchdowns. He was 16-30 with 2 interceptions.
Bobby Franklin was a force in the backfield as Knight defeated Lancaster.
Franklin provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Hawks topped the Eagles. Franklin's favorite target this week was Ralfael Nunn, who caught 2 passes for 59 yards.
Singleton put up the best numbers in passing as Eastside lost to Quartz Hill. Singleton's favorite target this week was Joshua Kelley, who caught 6 passes for 80 yards.
The Lions' Singleton and Airistica Gilliam led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-2 quarterback Singleton has thrown for 1,549 yards this season, while Gilliam has 39 catches for 643 yards. Antelope Valley's Cameron French leads the league in rushing yards with 1,663.
Knight made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,046 from 9,407. The advance stemmed from a 48-8 victory over Lancaster last week.
