On Tuesday, Trinity Prep didn't have too much trouble with Lake Buena Vista at home as they won 40-21. The win made it back-to-back wins for Trinity Prep.
Trinity Prep can attribute much of their success to Amanda Lang, who scored 18 points. Those 18 points set a new season-high mark for her. The team also got some help courtesy of Samantha Male, who scored six points.
The victory got Trinity Prep back to even at 4-4. As for Lake Buena Vista, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity Prep has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Cornerstone Charter Academy at 6:30 p.m. on December 14th. Cornerstone Charter Academy will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. Lake Buena Vista won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Evans at 6:00 p.m. on December 13th. Hopefully Evans focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 25 on Tuesday.
