The Littlestown Thunderbolts will face off against the Delone Catholic Squires at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Littlestown knows how to get  runs on the board -- the  team has finished with ten runs or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Delone Catholic likes a good challenge.
On Wednesday, Littlestown earned  a  10-6 win over Bermudian Springs. The Thunderbolts haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive  victory against them.

 Alexis Stonesifer was a  major factor no matter where she played. She  didn't allow a single  earned run over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in six consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 3-for-4 with three  stolen bases, three  RBI,  and two  runs. Those  three  stolen bases gave  her a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  Sarah Loveless was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with three  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI. She has been hot recently, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last four times she's  played.  Ashlynn Gorsuch was another key player,  earning one  RBI, two  runs,  and one  stolen base.
 Littlestown  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least 11  hits in five consecutive  matchups.
Meanwhile,  there's no place like home for Delone Catholic, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Monday. They never let York Catholic get on the board and left with  a   15-0  win  on Wednesday.
 Delone Catholic got a  massive  performance out of  Caylee Zortman, who  got on base  in all three of her plate appearances with one  home run, three  runs,  and four  RBI. That  home run was  Zortman's first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ella Staub, who  went 2-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and two  doubles.
 Littlestown pushed their record up to 15-4 with the  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. The  road  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Delone Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 6-10.
Thursday's   contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Littlestown hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .441. However, it's not like Delone Catholic struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .328. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
 Everything went Littlestown's way against Delone Catholic in their previous meeting  last Tuesday, as Littlestown made off with  a  15-0 win. Will the Thunderbolts repeat their success,  or do  the Squires have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
