Community Christian has struggled against Calvary Christian recently, as their game on Saturday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
It was another big night for Makayla Elizabeth reed, who scored 28 points along with seven rebounds and four steals for Calvary Christian. Elizabeth reed is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last six games she's played. Lily Miller was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with five assists and three steals.
Community Christian dropped their record down to 3-8 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Calvary Christian, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-8.
Community Christian will be playing at home against Calvary Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Calvary Christian is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Community Christian in Georgia (Calvary Christian is ranked 214th, while Community Christian is ranked 446th). As for Calvary Christian, they will head out on the road to take on Community Christian at 5:00 p.m.
