CJ DeTurris made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 15 batters over 6.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (and only one walk). DeTurris was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.
In other batting news, Josh LaClair was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two RBI. Aiden Lee was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two RBI.
