Mark Rowland Delivers Best Performance of Season
Mark Rowland produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Boone Grove to the win on Friday. Rowland threw for 307 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 10.6 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 84 yards and a touchdown on only five carries. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 59 yards.
Whiting's probably not too fond of Rowland given he always seems to get the better of them. Rowland threw for 268 yards and three touchdowns while completing 90.9% of his passes, and also punched in two touchdowns on the ground the last time he and the Oilers duked it out back in September of 2023.
