 Meanwhile, Mineral Wells was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight  defeat. They suffered a  rough 11-1 loss at the hands of Stephenville.
 Mineral Wells saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Addy Moore, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Glen Rose's win bumped their record up to 16-11. As for Mineral Wells, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-12.
