Waupaca came into Saturday's matchup having lost 11 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They were the clear victors by a 14-3 margin over the Amherst Falcons on Saturday. The Comets' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Waupaca's win bumped their record up to 4-12. As for Amherst, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 12-6 record.
