Spiro came into Monday's game having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They put the hurt on Whitesboro with a sharp 13-1 victory on Monday. The result was nothing new for Spiro, who have now won nine contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Spiro's win bumped their record up to 11-15. As for Whitesboro, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-8.

Spiro has already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against Poteau on the 28th. Whitesboro does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
