Dylan Carpenter spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and three unearned) runs on four hits and racked up six Ks.
On the hitting side, Bountiful saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brenna Wentworth, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Thursday's matchup will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Bountiful hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .350. However, it's not like Olympus struggles in that department as they've averaged .390. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Bountiful got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in March against Olympus by a conclusive 15-6 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Redhawks since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
