Fuchs Mizrachi fell just short of Cornerstone Christian by a score of 92-90. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game two weeks ago (78), Fuchs Mizrachi still had to take the loss.
Quinn Kwasniak was his usual excellent self, shooting 12-for-28 from long range and dropping a double-double on 58 points and 13 rebounds for Cornerstone Christian. Kwasniak is crushing the point category: he's posted at least 21 every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Will Archer, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds.
Fuchs Mizrachi's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Cornerstone Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season.
Fuchs Mizrachi won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Grand River Academy at 6:00 p.m. on February 8th. Fuchs Mizrachi has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Cornerstone Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Reimer Road Baptist Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
