The Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial Huskies's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 59-58 to White Mountain. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead White Mountain to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lori Nassuk, who scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Charla Adams, who scored 12 points.
Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-7. As for White Mountain, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.
