The Parrish Community Bulls waltzed into their matchup  on Wednesday with five straight wins  but they left with six. They walked away with  a   54-41  victory over Lakewood Ranch. This was payback for Parrish Community, who suffered a  61-39  defeat the last time these two teams met.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Parrish Community to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Malakai Cuffy, who  scored 17 points along with six  assists and six  steals. Cuffy hasn't dropped below two steals for five straight games.  Miles Fetterman was another key contributor,  scoring 14 points along with seven  rebounds.
 Lakewood Ranch's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Leo Henderson, who  scored 12 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Henderson has scored all season. Another player making a difference was  James Butler, who  scored nine points along with two  blocks.
 Parrish Community's victory was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 14-5. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.8 points per game. As for Lakewood Ranch, they are  on a six-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 5-11.
 Parrish Community will look to defend their home court  on Friday against Braden River at 7:30  p.m. Lakewood Ranch will be staying on the road  on Monday to face off against Bradenton Christian at 7:30  p.m.  on January 22nd.
