Burns had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Heppner Mustangs by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on Saturday.

Leading Burns to victory were Bailey Temple and Hayley Smith. Temple had 13 digs, while Smith had four digs.

Burns' win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Heppner, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Burns didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Prairie City on the 30th. As for Heppner, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on South Wasco County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
