On Thursday Patterson will take on City College at 3:00 PM. Patterson are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the match prepared for a fight.
Patterson were close but not close enough last Saturday as they fell 12-14 to Edmondson-Westside. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Patterson.
Meanwhile, after flying high against Digital Harbor two weeks ago, City College came back down to earth. City College took a serious blow against Mergenthaler Vo-Tech, falling 0-54. City College's low-scoring loss was the unsatisfying follow-up to their high-scoring outing the contest before.
Patterson have to be hurting after a devastating 8-34 loss at the hands of City College the last time the two teams met. Can Patterson avenge their defeat, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
