On Friday, The Kaycee Buckaroos faced the Dubois Rams in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Kaycee took a serious blow against Dubois, falling 59-32. This was one game where the offenses had no trouble playing at a high level.
Wyatt Trembly was his usual excellent self, rushing for 245 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 10.2 yards per carry. Trembly hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for nine straight games. Jonah Oard was another key contributor, gaining 121 total yards and two touchdowns.
Kaycee's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Dubois, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
Kaycee does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Dubois will head out on the road to face off against Little Snake River on Friday. Little Snake River is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
