It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but T.C. Roberson had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Northwest Guilford Vikings as they made off with a 14-5 win. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won 13 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

T.C. Roberson pushed their record up to 20-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Northwest Guilford, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-13.

Coming up, T.C. Roberson will take on Charlotte Catholic on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Rams 3, the Cougars 2.6) so any runs scored will be well earned. Northwest Guilford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
