Chapman waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Broome Centurions. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.
Chapman walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-23, 25-27, 25-18.
Rowan Raney paced Chapman's offense, picking up 18 kills. Raney got some help from Ashley Lee and her 19 assists. Kayden Amos controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.
Chapman's victory bumped their record up to 22-7. As for Broome, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-14 record this season.
