Des Lacs-Burlington's Brett Schaefer recorded the longest rushing play in A Region 3 this season in his game against Velva last week. Schaefer scampered for 52 yards on the play and finished with 124 on the day as his team topped the Aggies.
Austin Schestler and Tanner Holte provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Velva. The connection was good for 65 yards, the longest such play in the league this season.
