Allentown put the finishing touches on their sixth blowout victory of the season on Friday. They claimed a resounding 45-13 victory over Hightstown at home. Given Allentown's advantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 114th, while Hightstown is ranked 241st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Seneca's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. Leading the way was Kyle Stickel and his two sacks.
Allentown's win was their seventh straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 7-2. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 0-10 Lawrence and 3-6 Hightstown (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 39.5% over those games). As for Seneca, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1.
