After losing to Spearfish the last time they met, Hot Springs decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Hot Springs strolled past Spearfish with points to spare on Friday, taking the match 16-0. The game brought Hot Springs to 5-1 and dropped Spearfish to a mirror-image 1-5.
Hot Springs will look to defend their home turf next week against More at 6:00 PM. Both of those teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous games. As for Spearfish, they will face off against Douglas. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.
