Several Cougars players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Dane Cassada, who posted 15 points along with five assists and three steals. GRACE Christian is 7-3 when Phillips II posts ten or more rebounds, but 12-14 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Isaiah Knight, who went 5-for-8 on his way to 14 points in addition to five assists and five boards.
Calvary Day School's defeat dropped their record down to 17-13. As for GRACE Christian, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-17.
