It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Central Lyon had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 59-34 margin over the North Mahaska Warhawks. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 20 points or more this season.

Central Lyon has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.6 points over those games. The loss snapped North Mahaska's winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 21-4 record.

Coming up, Central Lyon will take on Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont comes in on 25 and Central Lyon on seven. North Mahaska does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
