The Riverdale Rebels took a 59-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy Swamp Owls. The Rebels' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Antonio Castro led the charge by dropping a double-double on 19 points and 11 boards. That's the most rebounds Castro has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Hovan Jasmine, who posted 13 points and seven boards.
