Make it five blowout wins for the Fideles Christian Rangers this season. They took their match at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 44-7 victory over Killian Hill Christian. The victory was some much needed relief for Fideles Christian as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Laci Harkins continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 27 points. That makes it 16 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Fideles Christian's points. Jael Flinn was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
The victory got Fideles Christian back to even at 8-8. As for Killian Hill Christian, they dropped their record down to 0-16 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fideles Christian will take on Lanier Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Lanier Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 20 last Thursday. As for Killian Hill Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Victory Baptist at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
