Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Bryan Station Defenders walked away with it. They claimed a resounding 43-10 victory over Tates Creek on the road. The result was nothing new for Bryan Station, who have now won seven matches by 33 points or more so far this season.
Tates Creek's lost on Friday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Andrew Witherington, who threw for 160 yards and a touchdown.
The victory was the fourth in a row for Bryan Station, bringing their record for this year to 9-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 45.8 points per game. As for Tates Creek, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-4.
Bryan Station does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Tates Creek also has no future games currently scheduled.
