Marshall have had to suffer through a 4-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victor by a 28-7 margin over Cedar Ridge. The success represented a nice turnaround for Marshall, who in their last game suffered a tough 26-54 defeat.
The victory bumped Marshall's record up to 1-4. The loss dropped Cedar Ridge's record to 1-4.
Next week Marshall take on Melbourne at 7:00 PM. The team will be hoping to continue their now four-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last. As for Cedar Ridge, they will face off against Clinton.
