Golden has gone a perfect 10-0 against Green Mountain recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Demons will look to defend their home field against the Rams at 4:00 p.m. Golden will be looking to extend their current 13-game winning streak.
Golden's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over Wheat Ridge. The result was nothing new for the Demons, who have now won 15 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Jonah Jefferson looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out ten over four innings pitched. Those ten strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
On the hitting side, Golden got a massive performance out of Dylan Paulson, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. Gunnar Hetrick was another key player, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.
Golden kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in 13 consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Green Mountain got their first taste of in-conference action on Monday and they started things off strong. They blew past Littleton 10-4. The win continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won nine in a row.
Miles Flanagan looked comfortable as he pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Green Mountain is 4-1 when Flanagan allows two or fewer hits, but 0-15 otherwise.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Corbin Wade, who fired off two home runs, five RBI, and three runs while going 3-for-3. He is becoming a predictor of Green Mountain's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 4-1 (and 0-15 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Royce Pina, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one double.
Golden's victory bumped their record up to 18-2. As for Green Mountain, their win bumped their record up to 4-16.
Golden came out on top in a nail-biter against Green Mountain when the teams last played back in May of 2025, sneaking past 9-8. Will the Demons repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
