Rolla came tearing into Friday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Jefferson City Jays as they made off with an 8-1 win. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by six runs or more this season.

Rolla's victory bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Jefferson City, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-15.

Rolla wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 7-1 win against Timberland on the 2nd. As for Jefferson City, they will face off against Capital City at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
