Desert Vista was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from fourth to second in I Section IV. The Thunder defeated North 60-6 earlier in the week.
Desert Vista took down the Mustangs 60-6 last week, the largest margin of any game. Cade Van Raaphorst threw for 142 yards and 3 touchdowns and ran for 75 yards in the win.
Dan Hinds' team's dynamic duo of Van Raaphorst and Richard Haywood proved tough for North to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Anthony Reaves helped Desert Vista's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 24 yards.

Corona del Sol's RJ Rhiner and Tevin Mayfield have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading I Section IV in both passing and receiving yards. 5-9 quarterback Rhiner has thrown for 425 yards this season, while Mayfield has 10 catches for 254 yards. Wesley Payne from Mountain Pointe leads the league in rushing with 177 yards.
The Mustangs made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 8,728 from 9,016. The advance stemmed from a 19-8 victory over Dobson last week.
