Sumner (Wash.) jumped out to an early lead against
North Mason (Belfair, Wash.) and never looked back on the way to a 38-13 victory on Saturday.

The Spartans expanded their lead to 28 points entering the fourth quarter. Sumner scored once in the quarter on a rushing touchdown.
Michael Smith stood out for SHS in the win. The sophomore kicked one field goal.
Cj Allen made a difference for the Bulldogs. The senior running back caught one touchdown. His performance brought his touchdown total to five on the year.
The Spartans had given up an average of 16.8 points prior to the contest. North Mason's 13 points were well below its season average of 21.0 per game.
The defeat comes as a step back for North Mason, which notched a 28-6 victory over Sequim in its previous outing. The loss snapped NM's 2-game winning streak.
